Populating a (printable, if desired) job aid with info based on user-identified criteria

Nov 25, 2016

Hi everyone...

So, I'm creating a curriculum of courses and other performance improvement solutions for nine sites...that being said, I have to be very careful not to ignore individual sites' needs as I create the general courses and other solutions...

What I'd like to do is ask the user which site they're at (preferably with a drop-down menu so as to restrict the user to my choices) and from there, have a job aid populated with the information specific to their site. Ideally I'd have the front of the job aid contain general info and the back contain site-specific info (such as how to report an incident, etc.).

Any suggestions on how I could do this? I have Storyline 2.

Thanks

Heather

I actually think I'm looking for something much simpler.

I want to ask the learner where they work (which, of nine sites) and based
on that response, they will be provided with a job aid specific to that
site. I'd prefer to create the job aids in Word or Publisher and include
them as pdf files, but only offer the job aid specific to the learner's
site as they take the course...
