post to edu20.org and.or canvas instructure?

Hello:

I have been experimenting with Presenter and Storyline and I cannot figure out how to upload Articulate content to edu20.org or canvas instructure.  I feel less than bright at this moment. 

If anyone has used either of these LMS and posted Articulate content successfully I would appreciate the how to.
