Hello! Can anyone tell me if there is a way to cut out the middle of in image in power point and leave the edges? I would like to make a border out of an image.
Try inserting a frame shape and filling the shape with your image. You can adjust the width of the frame to show as much or little of the image as you like.

Thank you so much for your response. I tried that, but the problem I have is that is still looks like the picture is sitting on top of the background.
Again, thank you. I do appreciate your response.
Is the issue with the shadow effect on the red frame. That can be adjusted in the shape styles.
