I'd say there will be some, at my last job, we had Studio 09 but PowerPoint was 2010 I think and there were a few things in PP2010 that Studio 09 didn't recognise like certain animations. I mean, the software still worked and we could still use it but often things wouldn't work as expected and it took us a while to figure out that it was because studio didn't recognise some of the instructions it was receiving from PowerPoint.
