Presenting lists and bullet points

I have a course to create with lots and lots of bullet pointed lists (i cant get away from it).

Any interaction ideas would be welcomed.

i have post its on a notice board (click pin to reveal the text)

but need more inspiration the course is around health and safety but staff are from medical, office and retail environment
