Pricing structure to design training material.

Hi,
Recently, I am aligned with a company as a Free-Lancer to develop online training material. Company itself provides consultancy and organize training for different companies. Now, they want my services to develop online trainings so, they can put in their LMS (Oracle LMS).
We have agreed upon the costing will be done as per number of PPT slides. It will somehow be like this:
For example:
Soft Skills Course
One course max 8 slides (Only content + Images) =
Additional per slide charges (Only content + Images) =
Animation/Flash/Interactive (Per slide) =
Quiz Making ( (Per slide) =
Voice over (per Slide) =
Requirements they have mentioned, are given below.
- built an hour training with 20 slides on 'Leadership vs Management'
- At least two slides will have a embedded video player in that
- interactivity that user can browse the slides forward or backward.
- All the content will be provided to you in PPT format, you just have to copy paste from the content provided and convert it into SCORM Package.
I will use Articulate for that.
What price I offer for each slide? Or Any suggestions?
