Is this a certificate that's generated from Storyline into a separate document such as as a PDF? Or are you attempting to print a screen from Articulate itself? Or is the certificate from a LMS?

When I did the following, I was able to get it to print in landscape (attached PDF to show how it turned out): 1. Right click the actual Articulate screen (in your case, right click the certificate) 2. Select Print 3. Select Properties next to the printer and change the orientation to Landscape However - all printers are different and funky with properties and everything else. You may want to screenshot/print screen the certificate, paste it into a PowerPoint or Word Document, then print it that way. Flash.pdf
