Print results problem - locally

Hi all, 

Can anyone help with a solution to this?

I have published my course to CD and put the course into a file along with a PPT menu that hyperlinks the story file so it starts automatically.

I have set it to print results as part of the options tab on the edit results tab but still get the error. Am I missing something or is it a browser problem. I need to find a solution that allows end users to print a results sheet on course ware distributed via hard disk.
