I would be hugely grateful if someone could look at this problem.
1I can't 'grab' the next buttons and add triggers to them. I used a template from a previous e-learning course and it seems to have locked down these buttons.
Thanks so much for your help. I need to put Back buttons on the slides and I think that the best way to do this is through the slide master. However, there arn't any back buttons in the slide master and I am struggling with formatting.
Any help would be hugely appreciated as I am working to a deadline on this.

Could you upload your storyline file rather than the published version? That way I can troubleshoot the source and try and figure out what's going on.
