I'm in process of assisting our eLearning team in writing a business case to form a Product Development Team. I was wondering if anyone would be happy to share their organisational structure that outlines your Product Development Team/eLearning Team?
Currently each eLearning team member wears many hats, e.g. Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer, Graphic Designer, Multimedia etc.
Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

We are a small eLearning Development team that consists of a Project Manager, Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer, Graphic Designer/Multimedia developer and an Editor.
Sometimes our Graphic Designer/Multimedia developer helps out with Rise and Storyline development. Our editor does work for all other departments in the organization as well.
We farm out some of our projects to contractors so we deal with all aspects of these contracts.
We are also responsible for LMS Administration, importing SCORM packages, user admin, data gathering, reporting, etc.
Team structure has a lot to do with the volume of development work. You need to be able to fully occupy team members in order to justify full time positions.

Hi Dearne,
This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but I thought it may be helpful: What Makes a Training Team? 6 Common Job Titles in E-Learning.
Hopefully some other community members will jump in here as well. :)

Thanks for your reply Karl
Would be great if our team had a dedicated Graphic Designer/Multimedia developer.
Thanks Stefana for the app suggestion.
