Yes, you can. Add the progressbar object to the Question layout and then add triggers that change the state of the object based on some quiz variable, e.g. ResultsScorePoints. As you answer questions correctly, you will see the progressbar change.
Hard to tell from the screenshot what the issue might be. Can you share your .story file here so that someone can have a closer look? Also, it looks like the progress bar and trigger seem to be on a question slide. My suggestion was to add the progress bar and its logic to the question layout on the master.

It will work with any number of questions.

maybe the problem is that i choosed a value for the variable ?
