Prompts depending on what learner selects

I have a slide where the learner selects which tasks they are going to do to help them grow professionally. If they select 3 or less, they'll see a prompt suggesting they commit to more. If they select 4 or more, they'll see a different prompt. How would I go about setting the different prompts depending on what they select? Thanks!
