Publishing Powerpoint Slide + Notes

Sep 03, 2013

hi guys

can anyone tell me if there is a way to publish a powerpoint slide with its corresponding slide note together, and whether is this possible in articulate or in any other software?

ideally, I want the slide shown on top and the slide note just under it (similar to powerpoint format). this is because I want to give considerable space to the notes section.

I have googled for a solution to this problem, but have not found anything tangible as yet. it seems that every other software is only focused on converting the note text into an audio file.

please help me.

thanking in advance

Welcome to eLearning Heroes.

I'm not sure how the functionality you are asking for is different than what PowerPoint itself offers. In Powerpoint, you can print a deck in "Notes Pages" layout where the slide graphic is on the top and the notes are beneath it (one slide per page).

You can "print" the file as a PDF, which you can then post or distribute as you'd like.

thank you for your reply, paul.

however, my query refers to "publishing" the slides+notes (preferably in HTML5 format on a website), and not "printing" it out on paper... my apologies for not saying it more clearly

the goal is to publish the slides and slide notes on top of another on a website in a HTML 5 format. that is where I am having difficulty and need help

thanks again for your reply

I just want to have slide notes underneath the navigation panel. That is the layout I am trying to create for long but without success..

Also, this must be achieved without using FLASH to keep it ipad-compatible. It should be in HTML 5

Can I achieve this using any software?
