I'm looking into new and creative ways for e-learning for the company I work for and I thought the "pull" method seemed quite interactive. I'm trying to learn more about this method, so does anyone have examples of the "pull" method in action that they would be willing to share?

It's from 2009 but still as relevant now as it was 8 years ago. Basically it all boils down to giving your learners a level of control over the content and also having the learner engage by making them think and make decisions related to the content.
