My organization is looking to purchase a la carte eLearning courses that are compatible with Articulate. The upcoming focus will be on educating our employees on FMLA guidelines. Does anyone have any success stories or suggestions as to where to look keeping in mind cost efficiency.

You may want to check out Rapid Course. You can purchase their courses and you get the entire source file, which is built in Presenter or Storyline and then you can customize and update them on your own.

Do you mean "...courses that are compatible with Articulate Online"?
If so, then I believe that only Articulate courses will work, so you need to get someone to build them, or find someone here selling them.
May be worth putting up another thread - specifically titled "Anyone selling / already built courses on FMLA Guidelines?", or similar.
