I'm working on a template for other course content writers to use later. If i lock an item on the timeline, can i set the template up in such a way that another user cannot unlock those?
Hrmm, too bad. Is there any other way to prevent content creators altering formatting and certain pieces on slides, such as button behaviours and such?

No. Anyone with the template/story file can unlock the features.

No. They're authors when they have access to the production files so there's no way to limit their access to features in the files.
Thanks! I'd like to submit that as a feature request for future releases then. Some kind of role based access. :)
