Hi Alexandra! Depending on your requirements there are a number of ways you could do something like this. If they need to be private and if your organization has it Sharepoint could be a decent option for this. Yammer and Socialcast could work too. They limit access to people with the same company email domain. Those would require people to setup and account and login. Another idea would be something like a Google or Yahoo group. I'd be curious to hear what others might suggest too.
