Yes, you can do that! When you open your question bank, you'll see the Draw Questions from Bank dialog. At the top, there is a checkbox for whether you want to Draw Questions Randomly. Right under that is a drop down where you can set the number of questions to include in the output of the quiz. Attached is a screenshot.

Thanks both! I deleted the question bank :( because I needed to customize the layout. I ma so kicking myself right now.
One more question: How do I change the hover states of the quizz template questions. Mainly referring to the sequence drop down and word bank.
