I've gone through the past posts on this subject and still can't find out what I'm doing wrong. I have gone through each quiz slide to assure I've checked "Reset to initial state" on the base, incorrect, and correct layers. Seems to be correct. And yet when I try to retake the quiz I get a slide with no answer, but it won't allow me to enter one either.
I've attached the file. What in heaven's name am I missing?

Where is the Retry quiz button - I don't see it on your Result slide base or the incorrect layer?
If you add the Retry quiz button it will reset the results and allow you to retake the quiz.
Also, I'd suggest changing the revisit slide options from 'reset to initial state' to 'automatically decide'
I'd set up the course so that if they failed they could either automatically go back to the beginning and review the material, or click the quiz button on the menu to just retake the quiz. But I forgot about that pesky Results slide and didn't set that slide to reset. It seems to be working now.
