Radio Buttons

Hi - I wonder if anyone can help - I am new to Articulate and having some trouble with radio buttons - in preview when I hover over the different selections/answers  - the text boxes move and is all squashed, also there is a glow around the selection which only covers half the text - again this only shows when your are hovering over the answer - any advice would really be appreciated - I have attached a screen shot,
