Receiving files that are used during Webinars

Nov 20, 2017

I have attended and will continue to attend the Webinars. However, something is stopping me from receiving the files by email. Is there a download area that I can access to download the file?

Thank you

Hi Tracy

here is a link to some information about Articulate Live (the webinars offered with the Articulate 360 subscription)

Also just to let you know when you reply via email your signature details will appear in the forum - you can come in and edit to remove them if you don't want them publically displayed.

I just never receive the files that are used during the Webinar.

I am checking with our IT to see if there is something on my side that blocks my getting the email with file attachment.

Thanks,
