Hello everyone,
I am looking to pursue a masters degree related to training and development. Basically, I'd like to be able to find a masters program that is a little broader than instructional design, but also encompasses it. I found one program at the University of Denver in Organizational Development and Training, though it is a little pricy. Does anyone know of a reputable school with a similar masters program?
*If possible, I'd prefer a program that doesn't require GRE scores. I performed abysmally on the SAT, and I do not want to relive that nightmare.

Hi Brian,
I received my masters degree at Oakland University, The program is really good in going over and providing an understanding of the different models and theories behind learning while providing a lot of practice applying these, but one thing the program lacks is going over best practices/how to create eLearning.
