Our organization is using SuccessFactors LMS and we are running into issues when uploading our SCORM 2004 (4th edition) files. The SCORM package works great but we are running into issues with the progress not being saved when a user hits the "relaunch training" button. If they do this while the course is currently open, it removes the user's current progress and starts them back at the beginning of the course. Does anyone know of a way to resolve this issue within the SCROM file itself or within the SF LMS?
