Resetting Counter with the Try Again Button

I tried to replicate a course from a template, with some additions. I want the user to be able to try counting the macarons again, but when coming back to the initial slide, the counter does not reset. Also, when I use the Try Again button and select the correct objects, I am not brought to the correct layer again. I tried to have all slides/layers reset to initial state when revisiting, but this did not work. Attached is the story file. Thank you.
