Hoping you might be able to help. I have created a quiz allowing for only two failed attempts. After the second attempt the quiz locks. I have published it to Scorm and it is being taken via an LMS system. Is there a setting in the quiz that should allow for it to be unlocked for additional attempts when the learner is ready? I can't seem to figure out how to unlock it.
If not, it might be easier for someone to help if they can see your setup. You can upload your .story file using the 'Add Attachment' button in the post.

I'm actually trying to make it such that after two failures of the quiz, it remains locked until I, as the administrator of the LMS system 'reset' it. Is there a setting during the building of the course that would allow me to do that? I don't want the learner to have the ability to re-launch on their own.

do you have the 'Retry Quiz' option selected in the result slide options
this will add a Retry Quiz button to the slide with a trigger to reset the results.

Another important note perhaps is that this is a stand alone quiz Scorm file, it is not part of a comprehensive module.
Wouldn't that be an LMS setting not a SL setting that stops them from accessing and relaunching the quiz from the LMS?
