Results not going to Moodle

Hello, 

I have a results slide with a custom grade, and it won't report to Moodle. It does show up in Moodle under the student profile tab, but not in the Gradebook. I tried the fix from the article below, and it didn't work. I am using SL 360. I am finding some very old posts, but nothing very recent.
