I was wondering if you could help me with the results slide. If the colleague passes the quiz it allows them to hit next to the next slide to complete a form. If they fail I don't want them to advance to the next slide. How do I remove the "next" when they fail?

are you using the player Next button? If so add a trigger
change state of Next button to disabled (or hidden) when timeline starts on the Result slide and add the conditions for the fail layer
If using a custom Next button - just put the button on the Success layer.
