Using Storyline 360 - created a quiz with results page - if they don't get 100 they have to retake - If they pass takes them to a congrats screen if they fail takes them to a fail screen with a next button - the problem - when they click next - it takes them to the test intro slide - when they get to the questions (on a retake) they cant click any of the radio buttons to answer.
It sounds like the quiz isn't being reinitialized, which is why they aren't able to select a response the second time around. You'll need to either add the "reset results" trigger to the next button (making sure that trigger comes before the jump to trigger) or insert the "retry quiz" button to your results slide and have learners click on that instead (it already has the reset quiz trigger attached to it). Here's a screenshot to help you find these options. Let me know if you're still struggling.
Also, just as an aside, when you have product-specific questions, you'll probably have more luck getting answers in the Articulate product forums. These forums are intended for more general topics, so it make take longer for you to get an answer here. ;)

check the slide property settings - are they set to 'automatically decide'?
