We are moving to mobile more specifically iphones. Review use to take a long time but now it does not load at all on an iphone for any of our courses. Is this a known issue? Thanks!
Hi Curtis. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. The behavior you're describing isn't expected behavior in my experience. I recommend opening up a support case with our team so we can have a closer look at the problem.
I was able to unravel this a little. We tested Review on a phone with the WIFI shut off and it loaded just fine. So there must be something in our WIFI network that is causing the issue. Super weird!
