First, very cool you're giving the design map a go... how did it work for you? Were the slogans used for content ideas or visual ideas? Some of those could be used either way.
Is there any more you can share on how you're using the process to firm up your course designs?
James - thanks for the additional slogans/signs. I like the Simpson's one.
Dave - the slogans will be used for visual ideas and themes as my content is set. The content is regulated by state, OSHA, and Joint Commission. I'm re-working an annual mandatory healthcare safety course from a "read and click the next button" course to some thing a little more interactive and applicable to our employees' work.
Can I share how I'm using the process map to firm up the course design? - I'd be happy to. I'm not sure when that will be, but since I'm using your tool to make my life easier - I'll post what I use.
We added this poster to a course we built for respiratory protection last year. Probably could have tuned the message a bit but I think it works. We tend to go with lighter background saturation with unit printables.
