I think you should be able to use the variable(s) %Results.ScorePercent%% for their score in percentage, and %Results.ScorePoints% for their score in points. That extra % after the 1st variable is correct, so it shows a % sign.
You could also use %Results.PassPercent%% and/or %Results.PassPoints% to show the required grade in percentage or points.
