Scoring in Studio

Can some one assist?

I created 2 decks for a training.

One training had 144 slides, this had a review on Slide 70&94.These were not scored.

The only quiz which was scored was the last one on Slide 140.

On publishing we found that the scores were not capturing in our LMS and showing the course as In progress.

On publishing I also ensured that we are tracking the Quiz on Slide 140.

As the training has launched, I removed the reviews and left the last quiz. Now it scores the quiz and the Status is Done.

On my second deck I had only one quiz and this scores perfectly and shows the score and the status as passed.

Please advie if we have multiple reviews do we need to have a score?

I noticed that when we have multiple quizzes in one module the LMS is not recording the score.  3 Quizzes are in the module however only 1 was indicated to capture and report the score to our LMS.

When the 2 quizzes that were not scored were removed from the module the LMS picked up the score of the 3rd.

Is there an issue with having multiple quizzes in one module? Do we need to have a score for every quiz? We only want to track scores of one Quiz.
