SCORM 1.2 always responding "initialize failed|return false"

Hello Geeks!
I am always getting nothing from my LMS report tracking and the attempt check-boxes are always unchecked after I upgrade my moodle to 2.7.
It has been working well in moodle 1.9
As you see from the captured image the green ticked are attempted frames while the yellow ones are attempted but uncompleted, and the white check-boxes are not attempted. I was searching for the same kind of report from my new (Moodle 2.7) LMS. But when I look to the complete objective report of my SCORM I found this blank report though I have completed navigating the SCORM from A-Z.
I have tried to change the API from pipework to my SCORM but it couldn't initialize the communication between the LMS and SCORM.
What shall I do please?

Are you suing Storyline or Studio? Looking at this it looks like a Multi-SCO course.
I would check you have grades assigned in the Grade Book and possibly look at reinstalling your package.

My SCORM is from third party and I don't know which authoring tool they used. Yeah it looks as it contains multi-sco. I have posted this question in Moodle community forums too. I don't have the source file so I can't re-publish the course.
