SCORM courses not completing

Hello Heroes!
We have some courses (SCORM I believe) that are not being marked complete, even though the user does complete the course and quiz. i may or may not have the source code/packages. Here are my questions - any help or insight you might have is greatly appreciated!
1. If I want to look for source code/package, what do i look for exactly? like name of file(s) and extensions, etc...
2. If I don't have source code, can I fix the course to have it complete with just the bits and pieces I have?
3. Is there a known fix to get the courses to complete?
Thanks!!

You need the storyline file to edit this.
really you need to know what the completion criteria was.
Hi Jenn. Just piggy-backing onto Phil's guidance, if you can get your hands on the Storyline source file, check out step 5 of this article for some step-by-step guidance on how to publish a course for LMS. This goes into detail about how to configure tracking—either by the number of slides viewed or a quiz result.
OK great! What would the storyline source file look like or be called? I did find where the passing score is being set (common.js) but it sounds like I can't just change this file and reupload? Apologies if my questions are silly - I'm new to this realm :-)
Thanks!
Jenn, that's not a silly question at all! The source file you're looking for likely won't be part of the published output package uploaded to your LMS. It's a .story file—hopefully with a name that's somewhat similar to your published course. Hope this helps!
The manifest file normally has the title of the source file in it.

Great suggestion, Phil! Totally slipped my mind to look in the manifest.
Ah! i did find the manifest file and it said source>LOMv1.0</source> - so is that the source file i'm looking for? If so, we don't have it unfortunately. So in the case we don't have source file, is there any way to update files in the zip folder and reupload?
thanks so much!
