SCORM Questionnaire

Hello everybody!
I’m writing this post because I need the assistance. Now I am a full-time student and I am writting the research work for receiving a master degree. It’s necessary for me to make a questionnaire among SCORM-users*. If you agree you are the SCORM-user, I will be happy if you will agree to participate in my quiz.
The questionnaire contains several rounds, every round will take 10-15 minutes. The interval between rounds may be 1-3 days long. If you are agree to participate, please follow one of the links below:

Can I ask a couple of questions?
What is the purpose of this study? What is your definition of scorm users?

The purposes of study are:
1. To evaluate SCORM-learning objects creation effectiveness
2. To detect typical errors in SCORM-learning objects creation process
* - SCORM-user is a person, who makes different Learning Objects (using, for example, Articulate software, or some tool from this list: http://docs.moodle.org/en/Tools_for_creating_SCORM_content) and saves these Learning Objects in SCORM-format.
