New to capturing for mobile and need some help and advice. Could you tell me the best size to capture screen captures to work on all devices, or is there one size suitable for ipad and another for iphones?
Also, could you tell me if I have audio in my course, can the viewer see both the screen capture and the narration at the same time whilst viewing on a mobile device, only it looks like you cant set the narrative to show while you are watching a video or screen capture.
I think I may have seen something on this, but cannot locate the original article.
I think if you capture your screen at in some variation of 16:9 you should be fine.
If you're using Storyline 360 the learner can absolutely see te screenshot, hear the audio, and see the closed captions (if you've added any) at the same time whether they're on a mobile device or a computer.

I have been playing around with content, and notice that the menu bar does not have a scroll bar when viewed on mobile devices and have not been able to automatically jump to content lower down the screen. Is there a way to activate a scroll bar or is there a limitation on the number of chapters on mobile devices?
Are you using Storyline 2 or Storyline 360? What browser are you using?
There's no limitation on the number of chapters on mobile devices. My guess is that you're not seeing the scroll bar, but that it's still present. Here's an article that could be helpful.
If you are using Storyline 2 and are planning on creating a lot of content for mobile, I would consider checking out Storyline 360 (part of Articulate 360).
