My audience is high school and university students, so many if not most will watch on their phones. Is there a screen size that formats best for phones? Thank you.
I'm assuming you're asking about Storyline, since Rise content responds to the screen.
Screen sizes vary, I always found that 16x9 aspect ratio works in a general sense. The slides scale up so the actual resolution is usually not as important. You can lock it so they have to view either portfolio or landscape.
Thank you Tom. Yes, Storyline, and as luck would have it, all my PowerPoint and Video files are 16x9.
If I may ask another question, Is there an A/B comparison of Rise/Storyline features and/or where each is best used. If yes, could you please tell me where? Again thank you.
Generally Rise is great for explainer type content with simple interactions. If you want something a bit more custom or more complex interactivity, then Storyline is the better option.

This is a good explanation of the difference.

They're both easy to learn.
