Screenr

I can't use Screenr. I have had my IT dept look at it and they just told me that i will be able to view some of the screen casts (or whatever you call them and some i won't. Which was true for a while. Now, i can't view any of them. I click on them and nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas that i can bring to my IT dept?
I am so frustrated that there is all this wonderful training out there and i can't do any of it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The problem to your Screenr issue is the latest version of Firefox on Mac
go back to 3.6 version and your problem will be solved. Had the same issue here... DROVE ME CRAZY
Thanks for the response Keith, but unfortunately i am on Windows XP and using IE 8.0. Sorry, I forgot to put the details in my first post. I will keep hoping. Thanks again.
Tracy- Have you tried accessing it using another browser (other than IE)? Did your IT folks say it was a firewall issue?
Yup, tried Firefox no luck. The IT dept was pretty vague. Just said some of them would work and some won't.
