Hi all!

I've figured out how to fix this issue. So, just in case anybody has been experiencing the same problem I figured I would pass along info about what the issue was.

Our IS department determined that it was our proxy server that was blocking content from the website. As such, in order to access the content the proxy server had to be bypassed. This meant designating screenr.com as a website that should not use the proxy server.

Hope this information will be of use to others...
