Screenr saying "no user" for some people

I've filed a support ticket on this and posted in the Screenr forums (http://community.screenr.com/screenr/topics/why_does_my_account_say_user_does_not_exist_http_www_screenr_com_user_ravenfaust) but wanted to post here as well to express urgency in resolving the issue. It's been a known issue since the beginning of the year but hasn't yet been fixed.
Also, if anyone is looking for my tutorials, as an interim solution, I've placed them on my YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/slharnett/videos.

Hey Stephanie,
I've seen this too. Since last year, associations between accounts and videos have seemed broken. Have seen a recent post from support staff that Screenr is no longer a supported product.
Yes, it's interesting particularly because Screenr is so heavily relied upon for visual description in support/beta cases and so widely used for demonstrations and tutorials shared within the community.
I can't access my own 50%+++ of the time
