I am using 1024 x 768 in dimension. I have used these dimensions with different storyline files. I am using talentlms as my lms to test my modules. When I upload my published version and view it in talentlms there are scroll bars on the right and below, that I must move in order to see parts of the module.
What is causing these scroll bars to appear and who can remove them without changing the dimensions of the storyline file? I am not able to share the story file.
Did you try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior?

If it works correctly on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is coming from the LMS and you'll need to talk to your provider.
