Hi Gary, for some reason the seek bar pause/play does not display in lightboxes. Since you are using Storyline 2it is pretty easy to create your own pause/play button using the timeline pause and play triggers but it does mean changing the user experience.

Thanks for your response Nancy. As you suggest, in that case I'll use the trigger method and create them.

Were you able to get this to work? I am trying to do the same thing, but i cannot get the timeline to resume.
Could you post your triggers that you used?
