Seeking an LCMS that Can Support E-Learning and ILT Courses

After many years with a home-grown website of an LCMS, we've decided to switch to a commercial LCMS and I have little idea where to begin with so many products on the market. I'm hoping the community here can offer some suggestions. I'm in search of an LCMS that can handle Storyline courses I create as well as support instructor-led courses (student registration, instructor check-offs and the like). I'll need students to be able to see their transcripts and loval site training coordinators to be able to see course credit status for a slew of people at once. While I'm at it, I'd like to fold in what has been a TechTips blog, as well. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.
