Seeking Mentor

I started an instructional design position with a new company startup in Orlando, FL. I am looking for a mentor, physical or virtual. Yes, I can troll, post, absorb, and download all day, but there is something more meaningful with direct contact with someone. There are a lot of questions I have about things from design to course development. I'm sort of winging it as I go along, but that can only get me so far.  I would like to gain more confidence and confide in someone who has been through something similar.
