Seeking: Template Editing Project. Quick Deadline

Hello Community,

I've been working on modifying a template from the community for a project and I need to outsource finishing, polishing, and refining the template and a final testing phase.  It shouldn't take much effort from someone with more experience than I.   The workflow/nav and rules are somewhat complicated because of the compliance rules of the accrediting boards.

Scope:  Polish and finalize two templates, adding scenes, triggers, rules to finish template. Client (me) will add assets and text. Contractor will review final product and test rules and navigation. 

Deadline for finished template : 3/25
