What exactly are you trying to do here? Are you just after a template with all the bits and pieces in, or are you after the answer for the question "How long do all the bits take?"
The second one is a little like asking "How long is a piece of string", and it varies between every person, client and project.
It really depends on factiors such as:
1> Does the content exist on other formats?
2> How reliable are your SMEs at getting back to you with updates and information?
Looking for an Excel template (if possible) and the number of days it all takes..
But, within my organization, I know that PM reviews can take 3 days. Translation, Legal and compliance can take 5 days. SME reviews take 4 days. Sign off, 2 days.
I need to know, as an average, how long it takes for the Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate and Modify components.
