When you publish your course in Articulate, publish to SCORM 2004 (or TinCan if you are using this) if you are not already doing so. This should be all you need from the Articulate side.
It is likely that your issue is on your LMS side. Usually there are different reporting options on your LMS that allow you to see different levels of detail from a course. It might be that you need to find or configure the right report to see the data.
Hopefully your not facing a more complex issue that the course is not writing out your data, buit check your reports are configured correctly first.
There are a lot of LMS's out there but maybe let us know which LMS you are using and someone might be able to provide some more specific support.
