Can anyone tell me how to set up individual member access to course content, based on whether or not they have completed previous content?
For example, let's say I have 3 content or course levels. Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. I want people in Level 1 to see that Levels 2 and 3 have been created, but they won't be able to open Levels 2 or 3 until they have completed Level 1.
What LMS are you using? Moodle has a feature for conditional access to activities based on prerequisites that would do what you describe. Other LMSs also have ways to show content as available but list the prerequisites.
Moodle and Articulate Online are two separate systems.
I haven't used Articulate Online, but I did a quick check through the tutorials. I don't see any way to do prerequisites. Articulate Online is designed to be a lightweight LMS for people who don't need all the features of a full LMS. If you need automatic prerequisites, you might need a more robust system.
You probably could manually set permissions so users don't get access to Level 2 and Level 3 until an admin notes they have completed Level 1. It would be a hassle, but it looks like that would be possible.

Hi Christy, Thanks for your reply.
I am using Articulate Online. Is Moodle compatible with Articulate?
