Is there a way in SL2/360 to hide or delete the slide notes carried over from PowerPoint? I'm creating a sample and some of the info in the notes is sensitive/PII, etc.
Where can I find/edit slide notes carried over from PowerPoint? (Are the slide notes carried over when importing PPT slides?) I went into the player (360) and selected Transcript, but I don't see how to check the slides for notes.
I found the answer to my own question. I'll include it here to benefit any other newbies who can't find the Notes (!) In Slide view, next to the Timeline and States tabs, there's a tab called Notes. That's where the slide notes reside, and yes, they are carried over from PPT. You can edit the text from there. You only can see that tab if you are in Slide view. I went scene by scene to edit the notes. Hope this is of some value to someone out there!
Is there a way to delete Notes text from the .story files rather than hide the tab without going into each slide and deleting text from Notes one by one? I would like to exclude text in the Notes tab from the translation file. Thank you!
