I always get stuck with the word "Soft skills Training". Somebody please care to explain or if there is any example to illustrate one, that would be just great. Or is it just another word for Corporate Training?
I always say that the "soft" skills ARE the "hard skills"; they are the hardest ones to train people in, and the hardest ones for people accept they need help with. :)
